Our small plastic recycling plant belongs to the batch pyrolysis plant, and it can handle 6 MT waste plastics per day. The followings are its main features:
(1) It doesn’t need pre-treatment devices and the tires can be put into the reactor directly.
(2) Its’ feeding process and the discharging of steel wire are both manual.
(3) It can work 1 shift per day and its reactor needs 3-4 hours to cool down before starting another batch.

The working process of batch small scale plastic recycling plant:
1. Put the waste plastics into the reactor.
2. Heat the reactor by using fuel materials, such as coal, charcoal, fuel gas, wood etc. The reactor will be slowly heated, when the temperature reaches around 250 degree, the oil gas will be produced.
3. A part of oil gas will go to the condensing system to form liquid oil. The gas which can not be liquefied under normal pressure will go back to combustion system. It can be used as fuel material to heat the reactor, which will save energy for the whole working process.
5. After finishing oil production, the temperature of reactor will be down. At the same time, carbon black will be discharged automatically.
6. Lastly, the smoke produced from reactor can achieve national emission standard after being processed by the dedusting system.
For each set of plant, one one technician will be sent to guide your installation, test the machine and train your workers. Besides, we will provide one-year warranty and our engineers are available at service at any time.
1. Polyvinyl chloride PVC, polyethylene: PE (such as films, bottles, electrical insulating materials, handbags, pipes, drums, bottles / calcium bottles, daily necessities, etc.) pure plastic has oil yield is about 95%.
2. Polypropylene: PP (such as films, plastic rope, tableware, pots, barrels, furniture, bags, caps, car bumpers, etc.) of pure oil yield 90%.
3. PS (such as electrical appliances, stationery, cups, food containers, appliance housings, electrical fittings, foam products, toys, etc.) of pure oil yield at 90%.

5. Pure white plastic sheeting: about 70%.
