The Working Features of the Batch Pyrolysis Plant:
1. It does not need pre-treatment devices and the raw materials can be put into the reactor directly.
2. It works 1 shift per day and its reactor needs about 3-4 hours to cool down before the second batch.

4. The latest heating method which combines the advantages of direct and indirect heating can prolong the service life of the reactor for 5-8 years.
5. The exhaust gas room is closed in the daily operation. If the pressure is too high, you can open the door of the exhaust gas room and the combustion gas can be burned directly, which can quickly reduce the temperature and pressure in the reactor.
